Not Bad, really good Artworks^^I like aspecially the last one which is full colored and shows Valnar, Alaine and Asgar. But the ot72ronee1h;s are good as well.
to you have a schematic for the 600w converter. looking for the right pot to adjust the output
Numbers 6 through 10 show what a bunch of ruecrr-nbbkees we can all be, even in the blogoshpere. Entries 1 through 5 show that you developed a following of highly opinionated folk. Way to go!And while these didn’t make the top 10 list, I do love the pics of your boys up on the Oregon property and following along with the vineyard and fence saga.
Hello
Can you tell me the adjustment procedure for setting max current?
I am powering a unit that need 15 v @ 5 amps, but keeps cutting out. Which way is the current limit adjustment turned to allow more current.
BTW, this is my second request for this info.
thanks
I have the 12 volt in 150W unit.

The unit does not seem to be delivering enough amperage. Under normal usage my system needs about 6-8 amps @ 16 volts. I am getting 16 volts now but a max of about 2 amps.
I think you missed my point. I understand where the components are–I am an Electrical Engineer.
What I am asking is which direction does the output current regulator adjustment need to be turned to assure maximum current. I need 16 volts @ 10 Amps, but I am getting only about 2. I am beginning to believe this unit is defective. I have adjusted the output current adjustment pot in both directions, but it does not seem to adjust the output current. The Voltage Regulator adjustments works OK, however, the voltage changes based on the current. After about 3 amps, the output “crowbars” to about 9.
Is there a written alignment procedure?
OK, thanks, I found the problem. I am powering two things with this power supply and was using blocking diodes to keep the supplies separate. It seems however that although I purchased Schotky diodes, what I actually got was Zeners. These were removed and the unit works correctly.
Thanks for your help. All is well now.
Hello algie,
Thank you for writing in.
We are glad that the product is working now.
If there is any question, please feel free to write to us.
Have a nice day!

Thanks you, I thought I had the problem fixed, but have run into another snag.
The device I am powering has to has several modes, each of which draw different current.
I without the unit powered, I can set the voltage to the desired level, but as soon as the unit is turned on the voltage changes downwards, to below the operating voltage of the device and it shuts off.
This unit seems not to be controlling the voltage at well at all. Since there were no set up instructions, I attempted to set the current limit, and went to both ends of the pot and did not see a difference.
For example, before the unit is powered on, I set the voltage to 16.5, when I turn it on, the voltage drops to 15.5 with a current of ~ 2 Amps. Then as the unit boots up more, the current goes to 3.5 Amps and the voltage drops to 12, then the unit goes to 5 Amps (its max load) and the voltage out of your unit is 9.6 and the unit shuts down because is low voltage threshold is 12.2v.
So either I have a defective unit or it is not set up correctly. Can you precisely tell me how to align the Constant Voltage and Constant Current settings. Nothing I have tried works.
Thank you very much.
One more note: I thought I had the problem solved when I removed the blocking diodes from the circuit, but today was a full scale all day test and the powered unit shut down after the first 1/2 hours.
So I think this may be still the same problem as before, since the voltage drop of the diode may have aggravated this problem with voltage drop.
BTW, I am an electrical engineer, so I can handle all the techie stuff you through at me, so don’t be bashful.
Algie

I am sorry that I cannot do pictures or video of what you ask. I had this set up when I took measurements, and it is difficult to set this ups gain.
I think I have been clear in my message about voltage and current.
Please give me a procedure for setting the voltage and current limit. Nothing I have tried works.
Please re-read my message or ask your engineer to read it. Its the best info I can provide.
Regards
A
Do you have any information for me yet?
I am considering returning this unit because it does not regulate voltage.
How shall I proceed?

Hi A Abrams,
Sorry for our late reply.
This problem may be caused by the set value of the constant current is too low.
Could you please try to clockwise adjust the CC potentiometer to max. to see if the product can work normally?
Hope this can help you.
Best regards
I have set this at both extremes with the same result.
I will repeat this today, but have done this 2-3 times before.
Thans
A
Hello A Abrams,
Sorry for our late reply.
Could you please try to adjust the product again as the following steps to see if the product work normally?
1. In the state without load, adjust the CV potentiometer to make the output voltage to 16V.
2. In the state without load, anti-clockwise adjust CC potentiometer about 30 laps to make the set ampere to min.. Then connect to the load, clockwise adjust the CC potentiometer to get the ampere you need (6-8 amps).
Please try it again, if the module still cannot work, we can resend or refund and try our best to make up your loss.
All we want to do is to provide best solution to our customers.
Beg your understanding.

Hello,
I want to use my “DROK® 600W 12A DC Boost Voltage Converter 12-60V to 12-80V Step-up Power Supply Transformer Module Regulator Controller Constant Volt/Amp Car Regulated Laptop Battery Charger LED Driver Generator” to boost the voltage to a 100 watt amateur radio. When transmitting with the radio, I want the voltage to stay constant at 13.8 volts.
The current when transmitting varies substantially and instantly, and my question is whether this item is suitable for a constant voltage but varying current type of application.
Thank you
Hello Jay Rutherford,
This product is constant voltage and constant current.
It can provide 13.8V constant voltage.
And the constant current function is for limiting the output current not to exceed the set value.
If you do not need the constant current function, you can clock-wise adjust the constant current potentiometer to max. to turn off the constant current function.
The output current depends on the load of your application.
Hope this can help you.
Best regards
Yes, very helpful. Thank you.
Hello Jay Rutherford,
You’re welcome.
If you have any queries, please feel free to contact us.
Have a nice day!

Hello, we did buy few quantity of DROCK 600W X00091O4RN through AMAZON. This product will be intagrated in a custom application as DC-DC boost.
From functional stand point this product is OK but we noticed that phisically wise (card holes and power transistors position) the last order we received was different vs the previous one, even if the product code is the same. Did you change recently the version? Could you please tell us if and how can we get the previous version product?

Hi,
bought this step-up regulator YH11063D
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LJXGHC2/ref=as_li_tl?tag=proeng-20&keywords=boost+converter
and I’d like to know what happen if the input is higher than the output.
Example:
Input voltage is 18V and output is set to 12V
Will the regulator be damaged or does voltage over the setup output limit go thru ?
Also, is it possible to combine this step-up regulator and your step-down regulator YH11060D
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00LJXGHC2/ref=as_li_tl?tag=proeng-20&keywords=boost+converter
so I can use both regulators (step-up/step-down) to have a combined output ?
Example:
Power input for both regulators 10V-18V
Output 12V
Hello Steffen,
Thank you for writing in.
As this item(B00LJXGHC2) is a boost converter, the output voltage is impossible to lower than the input voltage.
Therefore your assumption can’t be fulfilled.
For more question, please feel free to let us know.

Hi, I am wondering I can connect your DC-DC bost converter in series to double the output voltage, of course I know I have to feed the two modules with completely isolated power suplly (e.g. two batteries).
Thanks in advance for your kind answer.
Hello Riccardo Biancone,
Thanks for writing in.
Most of our bost converters can’t be connected in series.
We have many kinds of boost converter, would you please let us know which one you mean?

I am thiking about using three of your 900 W 8-60V di 10-120V Step Up Boost Converter to get 330 V starting from three batteries 32 V each.
I have already used with excellent results your 600 W 10-60V a 12-80V Step-up Boost Converter to build a battery charger for a battery composed by 22 LiFePO4 cells, but this time I need higher voltage.
Can you help me?
Hello Riccardo Biancone,

Hi I have your YH11060D step down converter. Can you tell me how I could go about connecting to a V & A meter please.
Hello Steve Spiers,
Is it this item? 090483
As we are not sure how your meter is, it is hard to tell the connection details. But no matter what kind of meter it is, operation is the same.
If you are going to measure the output of converter, please connect positive and negative of output to meter correspondingly. And it is important to refer to your meter’s wiring diagram.
Any more questions, please kinly let us know.
Best regards.
