Here is the link for a Drok amplifier that I made the mistake of buying. Does Drok as a company support their product with connection information? This device has an 8-pin connector for inputs, but absolutely no information as to what each wire represents. The same amplifier is available with two input jacks, but again no information as to what input goes into each jack. I am in the business, and such information is a necessity. Please provide any help that can be provided. We wish to use this amplifier in a production product:

I bought your voltage regulator model 090029 and when I plug my phone in to charge the LED display shuts off. Is this normal?

I bought the Drok small voltage meter/thermometer(F) and while shopping found you offered a 50% off Droking Deal which could not have happened for me at a better time.
I received the device today and plugged it into my Harley Ultra Glide. It fits well in the lighter socket and appears to be fairly accurate for both the temperature and the voltage. I wish now I’d bought two at that price. Thanks for the Droking Deal.

I purchases the 10w +10 watt amp and 12 volt power adapter off of you from amazon.

When i connect the speakers to the amp i can barley hear the music. Instead i hear a constant hiss/hum.
Im thinking of returning the product unless i can figure out a way of resolving this issue, let me know, thanks.

When inquiring into the DROK® 0.36″ Digital Ammeter DC Current Monitor LED Display Ampere Panel Meter
I noticed:
Measuring range: 0A-1A; 0-5A; 0-10A (Optional)
But can find no further documentation. As to how one is supposed to decide how specifying a specific current range to measure is done?
