    I needed to power a 12v device using the 5V standby power from a computer PSU. A voltmeter shows the PSU puts out a stable 5V (+- .1v). When I connect the DROK stepup to 12V a meter on the output side shows voltage fluctuating from 2v to 9v pretty wildly.

    Any ideas?
