Yesterday (2024-11-02) and today (2024-11-03), I sent multiple e-mails to service@droking.com. Each e-mail was returned by postmaster@droking.com with a “552 5.2.2 Quota exceed the hard limit” error.
Apparently Droking has been allowing the e-mail in the service@droking.com to pile up.
1. Does Droking pay attention to e-mail sent to service@droking.com?
2. How does one go about notifying Droking that the service@droking.com e-mail spool is full?
3. If one needs to return a defective device to Droking, how does initiate the process? (For now, sending e-mail to service@droking.com does not work.)
