This is my second posting to resolve this problem.
I purchased the digital thermostat XH-W1501 from Amazon. After installing it (controlling a 12V pump for a wood burning stove), I encountered two problems:
1 – I cannot enter the menu system. I follow instructions to for example edit “P0”. However the device does not give access to that parameter when I try to enter there.
2 – Even though the diods indicate that the “cooling relay” is active, the relay itself does not change state. Here is my video demonstrating the problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TQCQnOGlki0&feature=youtu.be
Please advise.

We are terribly sorry for response in delay.
It’s a pity we can’t enter the link you send us.
We wonder if you have followed the steps below.
1. Long press the “SET” button for 5 seconds to enter the main menu settings,
2. press ” + or – ” to switching between P0-P5,then press “SET” to set the value.
Is that what you have done?

Yes, I press SET for 5 seconds, it shows P0 then. However, on pressing SET again, it just jumps to the temp limit value (it should give me hysteres).
If I try to go to go to P1 for example: I press SET for 5 seconds, it shows P0 then. I press + to go to P1. But it goes to temp limit value. So I cannot scroll through the menu.
The last problem is that although the “cold” diod is lit, the cold relay does not appear to flip.
Best Regards
