I purchased this product: https://www.amazon.com/Digital-Amplifier-Professional-Dual-channel-DC8-25V/dp/B01MU2JH4I

The on/off switch does not turn the device on or off, it is always on when it is plugged in. I assume this is a defect in the item but I’m curious since it stays on regardless of what position the switch is in. Aside from this the device functions quite well. Please let me know what to do about the switch not working properly.
