Could I use this device to maintain the charge of a battery?
If so will it stop supplying power to the battery if the battery is fully charged?
How does this unit know when to stop stabilizing the voltage or is this unit just suppose to maintain a constant uninterrupted balance voltage once set?

Do you have another product that would perform this function if this product is not the right unit for what we need.
