    Hello I purchased this product from amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00CGQH1RQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

    I’ve spliced into power and have confirmed polarity and voltage using a voltage meter.

    When I plug in any usb device it receives no power. What is the next troubleshooting step?

    Would you please tell us detail parameters on your operation?
    For example, input voltage, load, wiring and etc.
    It would be helpful if you can take some picture to show the whole circuit.
