    There are no polarity protection on the green input terminal.

    Yes. The one with the LCD.

    I have 3 amp (200PIV) Rectifier Diodes. If I put one of these on the positive terminal, would that protect it?

    I’m using battery tender terminal connectors and I hard wired a connector to test my batteries. If I want to test a solar panel (the connector will fit, but the polarity is reversed) I could make a gender changer.
