Is is possible for you to build a DC – DC step up buck converter with 3v-5v range input and fixed 14.4v / 80amp max output?

I have a 4.2 volt / 670 AH / 900 amps continuous battery that needs to be stepped up.

Largest load i have is a 1000 watts inverter.

What would the conversion efficiency be?
