    Is the power quality from the DC-DC 6-32V to 0.8-28V 150W 15A Adjustable Boost/Buck Voltage Regulator good enough to directly power a pc (an intel nuc0) without harm? There is no battery on the Intel NUC and it takes 19v input. Input voltage is a varying 25.2 – 28.8 volts from a boat.
