HI, I bought your USB volume control device (https://www.amazon.com/DROK-Lossless-Computer-Controller-Adjuster/dp/B01MV411BR). I don’t actually need it for volume control, but to get the instantaneous knob position for a visuo-haptic experiment. For this, I started writing a Matlab script under Windows 10 Pro (after having downloaded the matlab support files for Arduino board as automatically suggested – evidently the device is Arduino-based). However, although it works perfectly in controlling the system volume, apparently I cannot access the device through Matlab. I also tried using the Psychtoolbox PsychHID function, but again without success. Any hint? Can you perhaps provide a small RDK / bundle for Matlab? Or else? Thanks for your time.
