<div class=”result-shield-container tlid-copy-target” tabindex=”0″><span class=”tlid-translation translation” lang=”en”>VAC 9010H is powered from an external source of 12 volts, the jumper is on j3, the voltage at the relay contacts is 12 volts (without the back critical voltage – LOAP), when I set the LOAP for example 5 volts and press the  button OUT (the triangle changes color to red on the display), then the voltage at the contacts for the relay becomes 10.5 volts, when it reaches 5 volts per battery, the protection is triggered and the voltage rises to 12 volts. But the relay does not work, because on the contacts for the relay (not on the relay itself, but on the board with the Hall sensor) a current of only 0.02 amperes appears, for the relay to operate, the current needs a minimum of 0.1 amperes. What could be the problem?</span></div>

    Hello Roaman,

    Thanks for writing in.

Do you mean  relay can’t cut off output? Did you check how much is the input current?

And would you like to show us how it is by video? For example, connection. In that way, we can check check it more quickly.

You can share video link or send video attachment to service@droking.com

    Wait for your reply sincerely.

    Best regards.
