I am having an issue when playing songs that are quiet at the beginning over Bluetooth, it seems if the volume gets too low (my phone volume is on the lowest setting and the amp is 5 clicks from max) the amp will shutoff for a split second instead of amplifying the sound. What can I do to prevent this?

Did you check it was shutoff or the sound is too weak in that case? Is it normal when you turn up phone volume?
