    Hi,

     

    I have the 0-20A / 6.5 – 100VDC meter. It has been working well, but when I reset it yesterday, the was button stuck in for several minutes.

    Now it is unstuck, it is working but the voltmeter is wrong – reading 18.5V on a 12V input and 31V on a 20V input.

    Is there a method of recalibrating it?  I can’t seem to find the manual for this model, the one *without* the external shunt.

    Hello DERMOT B DOBSON,

    Could you please check if it is this meter?#200139, https://www.amazon.com/dp/B017FSED9I/ref=as_li_tl?tag=proeng-20

    For this item, please refer to below  calibrated operations.

    1. Disconnect power supply.
    2. Connecting power supply (20V/1A) and load. (It must be 20V/1A)
    3. Short connect two calibrating spots (Open the back cover, you can find two holes which marked with “W” on board)
    1. Turn on the power supply.
    2. When the display changed from “CAL—“ into” —PASS”, that means the calibration is finished.

    Thank you – that has worked perfectly.

    Only remaining thing is that the display light flashes at 1hz when I first connect the meter now, but tapping the button clears that.
