Hi,
I just got my USB meter delivered any tried it out immediately on different devices. Voltage gets measured just fine however the current counter (and consequently power and capacity counters) remains zero. While the devices actually are being charged I guess there actually is current flowing.
I already tried zero calibrating the device to no visible change.Any advice on how to proceed on this? TIA!
Hi Michael,
Thank you for writing in.
Could you please tell us your order ID or the link of the product,so that we can ensure which product you are referring to?
It is better that you can tell us more details of your operation, such as the input voltage/current, the load, the wiring, the working environment.
If you can, we sincerely hope that you can send us some images to let us check the problem details.
You can send this information to us by email (service at droking dot com).
With your help, we can find a solution more quickly.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

In my test setup using a given cabling I had used an adaptor that would connect the power source to the female USB connector of the multimeter and the device to charge to the male USB connector. Voltage applied and the devices did charge.
My second test setup had things reversed and suddenly the current and consequently power and capacity were measured. Problem solved.Perhaps it would be an idea to mark input and output directions in the manual.
