    ok got my 12 v 200 amp meter hooked it up to a power supply gave it 13.2 and it shows 248.7 volts

    what the devil is going on ?? set both reds on red both black on black just to turn it on ….248 volts ?
    tryied it with just the 2 big wires same thing
