Device has 3 wires Red, Black and Yellow, but came with no wiring or hookup info.

I ASSUME red/black are for measurement polarity but what polarity is the yellow wire for the power supply?

Red: Power Supply+ (DC 5-30V)

Black: Power Supply -, Measure voltage –

Yellow: Measuring voltage +
