I’ve been handling a Fedex case you requested I open and have sent back several messages to service@droking.com but I keep getting a note from service@droking.com that email is being rejected. I’ve issued you a confirmation letter as requested, along with the Fedex case number. Fedex is asking for a copy of the waybill and packaging size/weight. I’m not sure if you are getting my responding emails about this since it seems I just keep getting a “Is there an update?” email from you.
Please advise. My order was 15386 and as of today, there have been no arrivals and we are moving beyond qualifying your product and may need to locate another supplier.
