Product is connected to a power supply displaying 10 v. Input voltage on the regulator is fine and displaying the correct value. However when the output is connected to a multimeter it is displaying 0 volts. Twisting both potentiometers does not do anything to the output voltage. Only connections are two wires connected to power supply from the input and two wires connected to a multimeter from the output.

    Hello,

Do you mean there is voltage reading on converter but your multimeter display 0 volt?

Would you like to show how it is by images? You can share picture here or send it to service@droking.com

    Best regards.

Yes there is a voltage reading on the converter but not on the multimeter. I took pictures but you cant submit them on here can I email them?

I also measured the voltage at keypoints on the board such as certain transistors and capacitors. The transistors are receiving the correct input voltage but there is no voltage being fed to the capacitors. Is there a circuit diagram you can provide me with for the 200573 model? Only an instruction sheet with how to calibrate the device came with the package.
