32v to 12v converter

I would like to convert my 32 volt boat lights to a 12v system. what is the best product to accomplish this? how many lights can one board support if i use 12v led bulbs

What is your requirement for input/output current.
If you want to power LED bulb, it should need constant current. Is it right?
