    bought SKU 20017408006 12/24v step down to 5v regulator.

    turns out to be adjustable not fixed. Which was the only reason I got this one. It is listed as 5v step down.

    so obviously I had to  change it, the picture shows cutting something the is circled in red on instructions. I have no idea what as i don’t see anything on board there. I made a small cut between 2 contacts that are partially in circled area. Plugged board in and in fried and smoked. Please let me know what I am supposed to cut to be able to use this as a 5v step down ( as I was lead to believe by the name ‘DROK DC 12v 24v Step Down to 5v Buck Converter Board’)

    Hello,

    We don’t have SKU 20017408006. Please check if it should be 2001708006

    As shown below, please cut off that part and weld the 5v bonding pad.
