    Hello,

I’m trying to find a manual for this item with SKU number 200624

I would like to know what the switch is for on the left side under the voltage adjust potentiometer.

    What is the default position?

What is the other position for?

What is the No-Load adjusting current instructions about and for. Please provide an example.

Very confusing and lacking with your directions.

    Hello Dave Pellegrino,

Did you receive this manual? https://www.droking.com/cs/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/200624_200625.pdf

The switch is pushed left, you can adjust  current limit value. If it is pushed right, that is to open output.

About no-load current adjustment, without load, current is zero, which can’t be adjusted,  so you need to pull out the metal insert under current adjustment then connect output port. After adjustment, please put back the metal insert.

If you don’t need to limit current, you can  neglect that,  just push switch right and turn current potentiometer clockwise  to maximum.

    Best regards,

    I don’t understand this.

“The switch is pushed left, you can adjust  current limit value. Before a load is connected? When I push to the left, the voltage drops down.

If it is pushed right, that is to open output.” What does this mean? If output only needs 10 amps, then that’s all that will be supplied? What if output varies as time goes on, say that initially the load requires 20 amps, then as time goes on, it slowly requires less amps, but constant 24 volts

“About no-load current adjustment, without load, current is zero, which can’t be adjusted,  so you need to pull out the metal insert under current adjustment” Are you talking about the 50amp fuse?

“then connect output port.” What output port? Connect to what?

“After adjustment, please put back the metal insert.” The fuse?

    Thank you…

    Hello Dave Pellegrino,

When switch is  push right, that is for current limit setting.  Without load, current is zero, so we clarify what is no-load current adjustment, as shown below.

About no-load current adjustment, without load, current is zero, which can’t be adjusted,  so you need to pull out the metal insert under current adjustment then connect output port. After adjustment, please put back the metal insert.

Notice: the metal insert  is not fuse, it  work as load so that you can adjust current valule,   please connect it to the second +V and the third -V.

SO, If I want steady 20 amps, Put the switch to the right, turn the current potentiometer fully clockwise and keep the metal insert plugged in.

Will this will allow for voltage adjustment but current will stay the same at 20 amps?

    Hello Dave Pellegrino,

Notice: after adjustment, please upplug the metal from output ports, just put back

No converter can control how much current the load should draw, actual output current mainly  depend on load.   Converter  only regulate current when load current is over preset limit. For example, preset value is 10A,  load draw 20A,it will limit load current to 10A.

Our communications are not working well.

My load can handle 20 amps and more. I want to supply the full 20 amps at around 21 volts. How do I configure this device to output 20 amps at 21 volts?

    Hello Dave Pellegrino,
The max output from this item is 20A, since you don’t need to limit load current, just ignore above steps,  turn the current potentiometer fully clockwise, then set votlage 21v.
