Adjustments not working

I recently purchased the 091029 to use with a solar panel to charge a battery.  I hooked it all up, but the output can not be adjusted.  Is the product faulty or am I doing something wrong.

Thanks for writing in.

Do you mean you can’t adjust voltage or current? If it is voltage, please turn CV pot potentiometer anticlockwise for over 20 circles.

If there is other problem, please kindly tell us more details so that we can check for you. For example, input voltage, output you want to set.
