    Hello,

    I would like to step 12V from a lead acid battery / solar system down to the voltage I need for LED’s (5V). Its going to be an outdoor application but everything will be put into an enclosure. What would you suggest as the best Regulator for my application.

    We provide solar solutions to the agricultural industry across Canada.  One of our solutions is a solar aeration  system.  This system uses 2 – 200 watt panels, and a 12v 35 watt air compressor.  We don’t want a battery.

    Can you recommend a drop down unit to bring the input voltage down to a steady 12v?
