Hi there

I am very happy with the amplifier – it does exactly what I needed it to. But the Bluetooth pairing message is too loud – louder than any music I play, at full volume!!!! Please advise how this message can be turned off, or the volume dramatically reduced

Thanks for choosing DROK. We are sorry the prompt tone can’t be turned off. It is written  into chip.

We have passed this on to our team.  They may remove that sound in the future.
