DC 0-300V 200A always reading -10.2A

Can’t find my original submission. I installed the referenced meter in my RV. No matter how I calibrate, load or no load, transformer installed either way, it always reads -10.2A. The voltage seems to be correct.

You responded to my first message and asked for pictures. The method of attaching pictures here does not work with iOS. Please advise!
