    looking to use “DC Boost Converter DC 5V to 9V 12V USB Step-up Power Supply/Charger/Power Converter/Adapter/Driver for 3.5 Plug” to power a 9V guitar tuner but doesn’t seem to work, what I’m I missing or is this not the right use for the product
