    Hello,

     

    I recently bought a DC buck converter (https://www.droking.com/adjustable-cc-cv-buck-converter-power-supply-module-cc-cv-buck-converter-dc-5-3v-32v-24v-step-down-voltage-regulator-12a-160w-adapter-driver)

    At first the item seemed ok, displaying input and output voltage. Adjusting voltage was unsuccessful and output Amperage was near 0. Then all of the sudden the entire display light up and now no matter what I do I cannot get the device to react to anything. Output seems permenantly turned off. Any ideas?

    Am I in some weird calibration mode? Turning both CV and CC pots almost all the way counter clockwise now I get almost 1V output and the CC led is red?

     

    what's going on here?

    According to your pictures, it display ℃，Ah, which may not be activated before leaving factory. We are sorry for inconvenience caused on you. Could you please input 24V firstly(without any load)
