DC Three phase Hall Brushless motor drive board

Should these units run motor the same speed forward or backward? If so, and think they should, please explain why one would not. Have two sku 2001708003 boards and both run slower in reverse than forwards which is not good when you got a left and right motor like a hover board.

Thanks for your wiring in.
The speed of forward or backward is the same in theory. But the actual speed will be affected by other things, for example, the resistance of backward and forward is different.
