Can I connect the Digital Multimeter, AC 60.00~500.00V/20A LCD Multifunction Panel Meter AC 110V 220V 380V Multimeter/Monitor/Tester 6 in 1 with Built-in Shunt to a 220V circuit breaker and measure the energy usage in kwH and if so, do you have instructions on how to make the connections?
