I purchased three of these off Amazon.

I need to operate them in cooling mode.

They work for days, weeks or months, but eventually they revert to Heating mode and that makes my control system fail.  No other settings change.  The mode changes from C to H and that’s all.   The other setpoints are retained.

I have no idea what causes this.

Is there a fix for this?
