DROK® 0.36" LED Digital Thermometer -67 to +257°F Fahrenheit

I installed this thermometer into my sons truck. It works down to 32degrees Fahrenheit. If the temperature drops below 32degrees the screen shows an “E02” in the display. I would assume this is an error code but cannot verify sine there were no instructions. Looking for help? Need it to read below freezing temperature

Posted a question Saturday and here it is Tuesday and no responses. I guess I should have not purchase the Drok thermometer but it’s too late. I have a hole in the dash of my sons Tacoma. If there is an alternative product, please advise.

I purchase it through Amazon and also purchased the longer sensor cord. It works fine until it gets below 32 degrees Fahrenheit then it immediately says E002. Amazon says the product is no longer available. I ordered it in August and installed it in late September.

We can wait two weeks, just want to make sure the new inventor has the below 32degrees capabilities. It sounds like the version I ordered works fine above freezing. There are several importers showing similar products looking to be the same Chinese manufacturers. One of them state 32 to 257 degrees, another states the same as you and yet a third states -10 to 257. I resaly don’t care at this point, but need it to read below freezing. -10 is ok. Where we live we get snow and ice and I was excited to find such a nice product as this, just need it to work right. This is my sons first winter driving experience and he drives 15 miles to school on snowy and icy roads. Just need something that will work. I already vpcut the hole in his dash so the same size thermometer is what I need.

What is your suggestion? We are beyond the 30 day Amazon return policy. But it didn’t get below freezing until November.

Hello again, the measuring rang of the new Fahrenheit Thermometer is -67 to +257 degrees, so it can meet your requirement.
Can we refund to you and you can keep the old one. Then maybe you can tell us your mailbox then we will send the message to you when the FBA inventory arrive.
