Dear Sir, The following item was bought through Amazon

There are several problems with this unit.
1. The clock off by 28 minutes every 24 hours.
2. Trying to figure out how to set the clock is very difficult & confusing.
3. No instructions of any sort was included, had to go to Amazon for some type of info.

I expect you to make this right by delivering a unit that works and keeps correct time. An instruction sheet would be nice too. I have refrained from posting on Amazon to give you a chance to make this right.

This problem may be caused by the interference of other device.
Could you please try to pick it out of your application and power the meter alone for a few days to see if it can work normally?
If it still cannot work normally, could you please send us an email(service at droking dot com) with some images or video of the wiring, the working environment to let us check the problem details?
Since this product is semi-manufacture for DIY, so it does not include an instruction.

I am asking for the model of battery that is used in this device to maintain the progression of time when the power is turned off. i have read that this battery being dead will cause the time to reset when the power is turned off…
Can you please help?

Is there any way you can help with this. I would like to replace the coin battery so hopefully this device can retain the time when the power is turned off…
