    Hi. The input to the module are solar panels 2, 12Vdc, 100w each, connect on parallel. The output is to charge 48vdc lithium batteries for my tricycle.

    Then panels produce the voltage up to 19vdc, but the meter reading at the imput of the module is 8-9 vdc.  My question is why my voltage is dropped,  that is normal? As well the maximum imput I could get is 53 vdc and I need 55vdc.

    Could please guide me through and send me a pdf instructions.

    Please kindly confirm if it is this item 2001709014

    Do you mean the input drops to 8-9 vdc when connected load?  Or from the beginning, is it 8-9v input?

    Could you please kindly tell us the input voltage/current before connecting load and output setting? And we are not sure the maximum imput 53 vdc you mean. If two 12v solar panels are connected in parallel, the totlat voltage should be still around 12V.

    If you can, could you please kindly show your issue by images or video. In that way, we can check carefully.
