I have 74 of these deployed across the state of Fl with the potential of a few thousand. If I can get the UART port to work. I have read and tried all the previous posts listing the commands others have used. I am unable to get the controllers to reliably turn on, adjust, and report back using the same commands. For example using the :wm command sometimes turns the power on and sometimes turns it off. Using the :wu command turns the voltage to maximum no mater what input I give it.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

    Hello Shannon Deese,

:wm command is used to call out  setting parameters. It should  not control power on/off. Would you like to show us your specific command format?

    Best regards,

I have used the following commands with limited success. I am able to turn on the output but not turn it off. I also cannot set the voltage or amperage reliably either.

:wu0122 or any variation of this command. This should set the output voltage to 1.22V or whatever numbers follow the :wu command. It does not. It does however turn the output display to 61.00V with the measured output using a meter to whatever the input voltage is. In my case 12.54V

:wi command should set the output amperage. It does not.

:wo command should turn on and off the output. It does not.

Esentially I have tried every command in the forum for these controllers. None of them seem to work.

After I input a command for example :wu0122 the reply back is #wuok

Thank you for any and all help with this.

    Hello,

Did you  only  input “:wu0122 ” ?  Format should be “:wuxxxx+0x0d+0x0a”

Would you like to take some images to show that?

    Best regards,

    Hello,

We are sorry we don’t have these images,  only in document.

Please enter complete format according to our instruction, 200220

Or would you like to show how it is so that we can check what wrong it is?

    Best regards,

    DROK
