I recently purchased (6) 400W Buck converters (model 200593) and when I first connected them to power, they powered up fine. I was able to adjust the output voltage and current no problem. Once I went in to adjust the other settings (LVP, OVP, OCP, OPP, etc. ) the buck converter would dim the screen and freeze not allowing me to make any inputs. I disconnected power and then reconnect power and the screen would be corrupted and the cooling fan would be spinning. I had this happen to 3 converters in a row and now I am wondering if I received a bad batch. I have not had this issue with previous orders.
I am also wondering is there any way to reset to default settings on these converters?
