12.3 volts input with 10.1v output at startup. Adjusted screw clockwise and output voltage raised to 11.2 but would not increase above that. Desired output voltage is 15v.

    Hello Robert,
    Thank you for writing in.
This product is DC buck voltage converter.
Therefore, the output voltage must be lower than the input voltage.
If the input is 12.3V, the output must be lower than 12.3V and it will not go up to 15V.
    Hope this can help you.
    Best regards

I have a 2203 buck converter.  I can not get the resistance screw to work.  It just keeps on turning.  any suggestions how I could get down to the voltage I need.  From 12 volts to 5 volts

    Hello Jim Young,

    Is it this item? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00C0KL1OM?ref=myi_title_dp&th=1

How large is the output voltage now? And did you turn it clockwise?

    Best regards.

It was in fact that device you linked to.  I am currently trying to get it to go from 12 volts to 5 volts I did turn the screw clockwise, but it was not changing the resistance.  appreciate the help

    Hello,

Do you only turn it clockwise ? That is to increase output voltage. Please turn it anticlockwise until preset value is lower than input voltage.

    Best regards.

I have a 9v battery input and the initial output reading was 8.6 volts.  I have lost count of the counter clockwise turns I’ve made on the adjustment screw but there has been no drop.
    Am I doing something wrong?
Input and output connections checked multiple times.   Battery output is 8.4 volts.
The red and black wires are connected to their respective positive and negative battery terminals and the yellow and black wires are connected to their respective multimeter probes.
