    Hello, I purchased this off Amazon. The amp is correct (.683 when downstream device is on). The volt is correct 13.1, but when I switch the display to aH or Capacity it reads 0.0 even off load. I assume connections are good because readings are accurate and device is powered. Is this a bad device?
