    Hello there. I bought this DROK Adjustable DC Power Voltage Converter on Amazon and it doesn’t work. Absolutely no DC power coming out. I wanted to return it but thought I should ask first if there’s anything I can do to get it work. Pls let me know. Thanks in advance!
