Hello,

I wish to know if the meter will be damaged if the current exceeds the 200 amp rating for the DROK DC 0-300V 200A STN LCD meter.  I see conflicting answers from Amazon users and expect that you should provide the correct answer.  Of course, I understand that the meter will not correctly measure current in excess of capacity but would not expect damage since it is a Hall effect sensor.
