I have just purchased from Amazon.co.uk the DROK® DC 3-21V Load Battery Tester, 35W 3A Portable USB Monitor unit. The fan is on continuously, I think this means I have a faulty unit.
The fan current is coming from the USB test port and this is not noted on the display and so gives incorrect capacity readings.

Thanks for writing in.
The fan will not stop unless you turn off the item. This is normal.
As for the current, would you please tell us more details about the problem so that we can check what was wrong? It would be great help to send us a testing video to show the problem. You can send it to our service email:
