hello my amp is not working

We notice the power supply you use is only 12V. The suitable power supply should be DC18-32V. Would you please try to change other power supply?

Hi,

I had the same issue because the amazon reviews made the required power source confusing. What polarity and amperage are required for a transformer at 18-32V?

We don’t limit the input current for this amplifier. You should choose suitable input current as needed. Please kindly think about if the input power supply can offer enought power for your speakers.
