Is there a way to adjust the cut off voltage on the Drok UPS / Power Supply model 200188?
Mine is cutting off at 8vdc instead of the advertised 10vdc

There is no way to adjust undervoltage value. Is it 12V lead acid battery? Could you please tell us how large the total battery capacity is?

We passed your problem to our technicians. They said battery stop discharging at 10VDC. But due to voltage loss on load terminal, so the voltage you measure is not the same as battery voltage. Please try to mesaure battery directly.
