    This arrived yesterday and does not seem to work properly…..All I can get it to do is flicker across the display and the count does not increase. Tried a different battery, no help and wired it every possible way.

    Never mind I guess I did not try every wiring possibility…..This wiring dia worked

    I bought the counter above. Since I last used it the magnet has disappeared. Do you all have extra batters or can you give me info on size and power I should buy?

    We are sorry to keep you waiting.
    This kind of magnet is NdFeB(neodymium iron boron). You don’t need to take the size into consideration, just make sure it is NdFeB.

    Hello,

    I´ve bought this counter on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/DROK-Shockproof-Electronic-Totalizer-Induction/dp/B00LSGG4XC/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8&th=1)

    It is the battery powered LED display, which I connected with an adapter DC 5V as it is said. The problem is that I just get to work the display but not the sensor. I´ve tried wiring it in the holes IN1-IN2 in different positions but nothing. Maybe the sensor is broken? I´ve read the sensor is 12V, maybe 5V is not enough to power it?
