I have the DROK® Micro DC Speed Controller 10-60V 40A PWM Motor Controller Speed Regulator Module Board with Start/Stop/Brake Switch Adjustment Potentiometer

how do I get it to be controlled by 0-5V from an arduino

when I measure the pot none of the sides are ground… so the main power ground is not in common with the pot 0-5v..

tell me how to hook it up to an arduino with common ground.

you claim that its controllable from a PLC.. show me how

This product does not support 0-5V analog input control: for PLC analog control, Hall handle control.
So sorry for causing you misundestanding and the inconvenience caused on you.
