I have already purchased the DROK® Mini USB DC-DC Step Up Converter 3V to 5V 2A Mobile Power Supply Charger Board from amazon and while studying the circuits that i have, i recognised that i needed some assistance.
On the input of this DROK board i have a 3.6V 90mA, will it be able to boost these values to 5V 2A?

According to Conservation of energy, if the input is 3.6V 90mA, the module will not boost the values to 5V 2A. This module cannot amplify power.

With a USB output and standard output can i charge batteries only from the usb or both output will charge with the indicator charging led light onboard ??

The USB output and the standard output are connected. You can charge batteries only from the USB output or the standard output. The indicator is charged via the module itself.
Please note that the output voltage of the USB port is the same as the output voltage of the module, not the fixed 5V output, you must ensure the value before charging for the USB device.
