Drok Multimeter Displays 8888 Under High Loads

Hi. I have a Drok multimeter installed on my boat which is working very well. The only problem is when occasionally using high loads (12V electric kettle or 12V 300W inverter to power the laptop) all four meters (voltage, current, power and energy) display 8888 and the unit doesn’t record the power consumption.

I can send a photo if you like.

Any ideas why?
