Ordered the DROK® Ultra Small Mini DC Power Module DC 3V to 5V 1A USB Battery Converter Step Up Module Charge. Hooked it up to two solar panels (total 5W). positive on one solar panel to + on other solar panel to + on Module. In parallel. Using it to try to charge my Iphone 4 and in good sunlight the Iphone indicates that it is charging. However, the % charged decreases. In one hour in good sun (average about 5V with the two panels), the Iphone decreased from 85% to 82% charge. Any idea why this is happening? I’m new to this, but thinking based on my reading that even with the Drok that i might need a Diode to keep power from going from the iphone to the solar panels? does this sound right? any other suggestions?
