    When I connect your Model 200610  USB 5V to 12V boost cable to a standard 5V USB power bank and a 12 volt portable fan, the boost cable module flashes a green light. The fan does not run. Any ideas why? When I put a voltmeter on the fan plug, I see the module supplying the proper 12 volts.
